Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Customers may cancel MagicFlow AI subscriptions, trials, add-ons, managed services and related services.

01Policy

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your MagicFlow AI subscription by using the cancellation option in your account dashboard if available, contacting billing support at info@magicflowai.io, submitting a support request from the registered account email, or providing written notice as required in your proposal, order form or enterprise agreement.

A cancellation request is considered received only when submitted through an approved channel and confirmed by us or by the dashboard.

02Policy

Cancellation Before Renewal

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the next billing date. We recommend cancelling at least 3 business days before renewal to allow time for processing, especially for manual billing, bank transfers, enterprise plans or partner-managed accounts. If a renewal payment has already been processed, the Refund Policy will apply.

03Policy

Effect of Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. You may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless your account is terminated for breach, security risk, non-payment or unlawful activity.

After the billing period ends, your account may be downgraded, disabled, restricted, archived or deleted according to plan rules and retention policies.

04Policy

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans may be cancelled before the next monthly billing date. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid month. No prorated refund is provided for unused days unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Annual Plans

Annual plans may be cancelled to stop the next annual renewal. The current annual term generally remains active until the end of the paid term. Annual fees are non-refundable unless the Refund Policy, order form or applicable law provides otherwise.

06Policy

Custom, Enterprise, Agency and Managed Plans

Custom, enterprise, agency, reseller, partner, managed implementation or annual commitment plans may have separate cancellation terms in the signed proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice or written agreement. If separate written terms apply, those terms will control in case of conflict with this Cancellation Policy.

07Policy

Setup, Onboarding and Professional Services

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel ongoing professional services, setup work, custom development, consulting, onboarding or managed launch commitments unless expressly confirmed. Fees for work already started or completed remain payable.

08Policy

Removing the Chatbot From Your Website

After cancellation, you are responsible for removing MagicFlow AI embed code, scripts, tags, pixels, API calls, webhooks and integrations from your website or digital properties. If the widget remains installed after cancellation, it may stop functioning, show limited functionality or fail to load.

09Policy

Data Export Before Cancellation

Customers should export required leads, conversation history, analytics, settings and reports before cancellation or expiry. After cancellation, access to exports may be limited. Data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy, backup cycles, legal obligations and plan rules.

10Policy

Deletion After Cancellation

You may request deletion of eligible account data or Customer Content by contacting support. Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes.

11Policy

Cancellation by MagicFlow AI

We may cancel, suspend, restrict or terminate your account if fees are unpaid, you breach our Terms, your use creates legal/security/privacy/operational/reputational risk, you misuse the service, you provide false account or billing information, or cancellation is required by law, regulator, payment processor, cloud provider or court order.

Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue, but we may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

12Policy

Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate after cancellation, you may need to choose a current plan and pricing. Previous pricing, discounts, features, data, configuration, credits or custom settings may not be available after cancellation.
